The FAN secretariat is hosted at the London office of international development organisation WaterAid,   which also provides project and administrative, financial and legal services to FAN.

                                   

Danielle Morley

Danielle Morley

 

Danielle is a qualified lawyer with a background in property and environmental law.  She has an MSc in Global Environmental Change and Policy.

 

Danielle worked with Stakeholder Forum on multi-stakeholder forums at the Second World Water Forum which took place in the Hague in 2000 and then at the International Freshwater Conference at Bonn in 2001. 

Recruited by WaterAid as a consultant to run FAN in 2001, Danielle has played a significant coordination role at international water policy events since the World Summit on Sustainable Development in 2002 and has facilitated the growth of FAN to a major global network.

Ceridwen Johnson

Information and Communications Officer

Ceridwen Johnson

 

Ceridwen has a degree in French and a Masters in Development Studies.  She has worked for FAN since January 2006.

 

 

 

She has worked in fundraising and communications for a variety of NGOs where her responsibilities have included event management, design and print management, publication and website management, working with the press and developing communications strategies.

 

Works with FAN members and regional network communications officers to disseminate relevant news and information, using a variety of communication tools.  She is working towards develepoing a strong team to jointly develop the future communications strategy.

Emma Hippolyte

Programme Funding Officer

Emma Hippolyte

 

Emma has worked for WaterAid since April 2006, first as the Programme Funding Officer for West Africa, and since September 2007 she has been working with FAN. Previously, having completed a degree in French and Spanish and a Masters in Development Studies, Emma worked at Plan International with the South Asia and South America regions.

 

Emma has experience of working with high value individual donors, trusts and foundations and institutional donors, particularly the EC.  Emma has experience of developing funding strategies and is working on strategies for FAN and its regional networks.

Kolleen Bouchane

Advocacy Action and Learning Manager Kolleen Bouchane

Kolleen has an MA in Conflict, Security and Development from Kings College, London and an International Studies degree from the University of Washington. Prior to joining FAN, Kolleen worked in Washington D.C. for several years as a legislative strategist, lobbyist, campaigner, trainer and organizer on several issues including tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, microcredit, debt, education and foreign assistance reform.  

 

Kolleen is working with FAN members to support strategic advocacy planning, document advocacy outcomes and consolidate research and learning on advocacy and influencing activities across the network to leverage member efforts for greater future impact as well as towards an increasingly strengthened FAN platform and vision.
