Planning for the 5th World Water Forum
Convening a session at the World Water Forum involves months of preparation. At the moment we are finalising our call for contributions in which we explain FANs involvement in the 5th World Water Forum and ask for contributions from civil society organisations that work on the right to water and/or sanitation. This call for contributions will be put on this website and send to all our members and a wide range of organisations on the 17th of November ***.
Furthermore, we are in the process of writing the session summaries, for which the deadline is the 15th of December ***. On the 1st of February *** you can expect to find the report of topic 4.1 on implementing the Right to Water and Sanitation for Improved Access. FANs session is part of this topic.
In addition, we are arranging a stand in the Water Fair. This stand will be a crucial space for different NGOs to meet up and discuss their work. If you are able to attend the Forum, don’t hesitate to come to our stand!
